Tea for any hour

I've always loved the ritual of making matcha, but not the caffeine when I had it later in the day. So I went looking for a caffeine-free version and eventually found kuwacha, a Japanese tea made from stone-milled mulberry leaves.

It's whisked just like matcha, but it tastes smoother and a little sweeter, and I can drink it in the evening.

Mulberry leaves have been brewed in Japan and China for centuries, but good kuwacha is still hard to find in the US. So I started Rikocha to bring it here.

Our kuwacha is made from organic mulberry leaves grown in Japan. Whisk it hot, pour it over ice, or add it to your latte—however you make it, it’s a ritual you can enjoy at any hour.
